Island Counselling Together is a group of qualified and student counsellors on the Isle of Wight who have joined together to provide psycho-educational talks and group wellbeing sessions on the Island. We are based in different towns on the Island and have availability at different times and on different days.
If you would like to book us for a talk for your group, we are currently offering talks on:
- Supporting your teen through exam stress
- Supporting yourself through the menopause
- Supporting and finding yourself after a break up/divorce/death
- Self-regulation using nature
- Simple techniques for supporting your own wellbeing
With a few exceptions, our talks are usually free or low-cost.
If you would like to book us, please get in touch at enquiries@islandcounsellingtogether.co.uk
Who are we?

I was drawn to the Isle of Wight eight years ago by the sense of peace and contentment the Island offers. In a similar way, I was drawn to counselling—initially as a client and now as a trainee counsellor—for the same reasons. Counselling has brought great value to my own life, and it is now a privilege to offer support to others as they navigate their own journeys.
Life can often feel complex and challenging, and reaching out for support is not always easy. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Through an informed and thoughtful approach, I aim to help you find clarity, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with greater strength and self-understanding.
I have worked with clients from a range of backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences and challenges. I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to tailor our work together to your individual needs. No two people are the same, and our work together will reflect what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and neuro-affirming therapist, and I am also committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful space for individuals from global majority backgrounds.
